Zoom integration

Calendo is an appointment scheduling service. When a meeting type's location is Zoom, Calendo creates a separate Zoom meeting on the host's Zoom account for every booking and sends the join link to the customer in the confirmation e-mail and calendar invitation. If the booking is rescheduled, Calendo updates the meeting's time; if it is cancelled, Calendo deletes the meeting.

• A Calendo account (sign up at calendo.fi/rekisteroidy).
• A Zoom account (a free Basic account is enough).

1. Sign in to Calendo at calendo.fi.
2. Open Settings → Integrations (Asetukset → Integraatiot).
3. In the Zoom card, click Connect Zoom account (Yhdistä Zoom-tili).
4. Sign in to Zoom if asked and click Allow to authorize Calendo.
5. You are returned to Calendo, and the Zoom card shows the connected Zoom account's e-mail address.

1. Open Meeting types (Tapaamistyypit) and create or edit a meeting type.
2. Set Location (Tapaamistapa) to Zoom and save.
3. Share the meeting type's booking page. When a customer books a time, Calendo creates a Zoom meeting (waiting room on, participants cannot join before the host) and includes the join link in the confirmation and the calendar event.
4. Rescheduling a booking moves the Zoom meeting; cancelling a booking deletes it.

You can remove the integration in either place:

• In Calendo: Settings → Integrations → Zoom → Disconnect (Irrota). Calendo revokes its access at Zoom and deletes the stored tokens.
• In Zoom: sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage → Added Apps, find Calendo and click Remove. Zoom notifies Calendo, which deletes the stored tokens immediately.

After removal Calendo can no longer create Zoom meetings: reconnect Zoom or change the location of meeting types that use Zoom. Zoom meetings already created remain in your Zoom account.

Calendo stores the Zoom account's user id and e-mail address and encrypted OAuth tokens, and for each booking the Zoom meeting id and join link. Meetings are created with the meeting type name, the customer's name, the time and the duration. Calendo does not read recordings, chats or other Zoom content.
